Welcome to the Mugoma Trust

 

We are a group of people in the UK working with local partners  to build a health centre in a remote border area in Ngara District, North West Tanzania.

The health centre will save lives, and here’s why….

 

Currently people are dying of preventable illness – such as malaria, HIV/AIDs and malnutrition – as they cannot get to their local hospital 40km away. 

 

Our local partners have identified Mugoma as a strategic location, that is in reasonable walking distance for a population of 40,000 people who currently have no access to health care.
